OMG! I had such a great stay over the weekend! The location was perfect, the room was cozy and clean, and the owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and all the little extras that made my stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience!

Beach was just across the place and the kids loved it. the whole unit was clean and Alex and his Team were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The place was on the 2nd floor and had a lift for bringing up stuff which helped a lot. Everything we needed was available in the unit. Will definitely recommend this place.

Comfortable stay

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips and making check-in seamless. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. We especially appreciated the cozy touches that made it feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend

The place is very comfortable and spacious. The caretakers are incredibly accommodating and always make sure we have everything we need. There’s never a dull moment with amenities like karaoke, TV and a large pool that we absolutely loved. While there is internet available, we did have a bit of difficulty connecting at times. The beds are cozy and perfect for a good night’s rest. The kitchen and dining area are roomy, great for large groups of family or friends. However, the kitchen does leak when it rains heavily, and we had a bit of a hard time cooking during that time. What we loved most is the convenient location, just one tricycle ride away from the public market, and close to sari-sari stores, fast food chains, and even a mall. The place is also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us! If you need extra snacks or drinks, they offer some for purchase on-site. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely love to book this place again!

Very accommodating; great service and great value

Mam Realyn was very accommodating. She assisted my senior parents and nephews towards the pool even though they arrived earlier than us and before we were able to check-in. She was quick to reach me on my mobile to inform me my guests arrived. Throughout our stay, Mam Realyn could easily be reached on her mobile to help me manage my visiting family. We rented the family room which had the conveniences of home, a basic kitchen, good size fridge, lots of seating, TV, wifi, and air conditioning which was most convenient in the burning Dagupan summer. It is right across the less crowded part of Tondaligan Beach but was near enough to restaurants, sarisari stores, and public transport. The place is exactly as described in their listing.

Me and my family are on the 7 days North Loop Tour and Pangasinan is our 1st day loop stop from Isabela as our starting point. We had a wonderful stay at Juan Paulo’s Place. The staff are really nice and helpful, they even went extra mile to wait for us even it’s already late at night and out of their working hours just to assist and help us with our check-in since we arrived at almost 10pm. Big plus point for the heated pool and 24hrs pool access that we were able to have pool time even late at night arrival. Thank you to Mark for the delicious breakfast. All in all, a great private place to relax and rest. We will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were accommodating and even provided us with free breakfast for our overnight stay, even though it’s usually for guests who book two nights. We were also surprised to receive free merienda, one of my favorite mango sticky rice. The place was clean, aesthetically pleasing and well-equipped, with toiletries and a fully functional open kitchen that made it easy for us to prepare dinner. We just had a small issue locating the place at first, but everything else went smoothly. Overall, a great experience!

Great place to chill and unwind. Nothing fancy, but the place has everything you'll need for a quick getaway. The caretaker was very friendly and was and assisted us with gathering our stuff during check out. My only gripe about the place is the water. Not the hosts fault but I think it's the water supply itself, probably from a deep well which causes the "salty/rusty smell and color. This probably is what causes the fixings on the bathroom to rust and since it is near the beach will also cause other parts of the house to rust faster. I'd just suggest maybe have a water filtration system for the homes water supply. Everything else is good, we enjoyed our stay and will consider this place again for future trips.

Plus 1. Responsive si Mam Joy and Kuya Christian 2. Privacy: I'm really just in the area 3. There is a free sound resto bar because edge, okay tugtugam. Also, di ka rin pupuyatin, around 9 or 10pm, wala na. 4. Clean. The rooms smell good. 5. The air conditioning is cold. 6. Safe yung place. naka open gate kame nung morning and closed game naman nung gabi, at naka park sa labas yung car, but nothing happened. 7. The coffee is great. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ 8. Hindi tinipid ang FREE BREAKFAST. Even better if: 1. Walang mataas na bump before ng parking. sumayad kase kotse namen 😆, sedan type no lowered. para sana maipasok yung car whilst closed yung gate. 2. Yung coffee brewer, could have been cleaned before we arrived. But there's no problem with washing. Little things. 3. I think it's just how nature works but sana mas okay kung hindi malamok sa rooms:( Kuya Christian was soooo quick naman to give us spray nung minessage namen sya na malamok. Case the spray can't really do the mosquito power 😆😆😆 Recommendation 1. To make the place more kid friendly, lagyan ng small gate yung pool

We had a great stay. Sulit sa price. Very homey experience. Sobrang relaxing ung nature feel. Definitely worth the stay at will recommend this place sa ibang friends that intend to visit dagupan

The place is very spacious, had no problem accommodating our group of 15 people. Ledz is very responsive host, and the staffs are topnotch, very polite & respectful. Would definitely recommend to others who want to have a quite yet scenic place to stay. The pinned location can be improved though, to exactly locate the property. Overall, it was a great staycation!

Filipinas is an incredibly helpful host, even going out of her way to help our group when our flight got cancelled. The location is right off the main road AND right on the ocean making it a terrific place for our stay. One thing that would be helpful is to share the precise coordinates of the place for ease of finding it with smartphone maps.

Ms. Ligaya is one of the most responsive host I've ever encountered in Airbnb. She was very proactive in terms of communicating with me. Prior to our arrival, during and after our stay, she made sure that all of our concerns were properly addressed. This is literally a retreat place, for anyone looking for peace and serenity. Therefore, do not expect for it to have wifi. Both Smart and Globe have zero to weak signal. Casa Mella is highly recommended for those who want to be away from the buzz of city life and social media. Hence, promotes family and friends' bonding. By the way, shout out to Kuya Johnny! He is the BEST care taker ever! Our stay became more fun and memorable because of him.❤️
