A city beach with a lifeguard, a pier, a volleyball court, a playground, and gastronomy. In addition, there is a point with a water equipment rental. There are many bike trails in the area. You will stay in a detached wooden house separated from the rest of the yard. Pure nature. From the terrace, you have a great distant view of the hilly meadow landscape. There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.

Both have a safe bike path from the apartment itself (I have 4 bikes available). It's also a great base for exploring many towns and tourist attractions
