Monthly Rentals in Da’an District

The apartment is cool to stay in - very close to the Guting MRT station, next to a 7/11 and not far from Shida Night Market. I liked that the bed is next to Windows - so you can open the shades in the morning to see what the weather is like. Little minus is the Small shower area right next to toilet - but for me it was fine.

Chao Chun is a great host, always helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the most convenient location, with public transportation, parks, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores just steps away. It’s the perfect spot for an extended stay!

Great location, lots of restaurants, shops and easy access to transport

The location is near the university, a lot of local food, and the place to live is comfortable, and it is recommended to live with 1-2 people. Although it is possible to walk to the MRT, if you have big luggage, do not use the underground stairs to cross the big road, you can choose a traffic light such as a detour (just an extra 2-3 minutes walk)
