we had a great time at Trang's place. very central but still pretty quiet. Classic Saigon entrance to a nice apartment. Ben Thanh market and metro steps away.

Philip is so friendly and professional. The accommodation was flawlessly clean and well-sufficient. I visit Ho Chi Minh very often From now on, I will only make a reservation for Philip‘ home. They communicate quickly and actively solve them.

I had a really relaxing stay at Tony and Bella’s apartment. The space was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The building itself felt upscale and secure, and the facilities like the pool and gym were a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well throughout the stay. The location was also really convenient. It was quiet and easy to unwind, but just a short Grab ride from District 1 so getting around was no problem. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

Tom’s place is absolutely beautiful and elegantly designed. Located on the 28th floor, it offers stunning city views. It’s just a short walk from Bui Vien Street, making the location super convenient. Totally worth what we paid and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable — everything you could ask for in a home away from home. It’s located in the iconic Cafe Apartment building, which makes it super easy to find and adds a unique charm to the experience. Virgo was a fantastic host — extremely responsive and proactive in answering all our questions, not just about the apartment but also with great tips on sightseeing and things to do around the city. The location is unbeatable. Right on the prime walking street, you’re just a 10-minute walk away from everything you could need — cafes, shops, landmarks, and more. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely come back!

While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. The location is ideal: central enough to access everything easily, but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The property is patrolled by security, so it feels very safe—great for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Street vendors aren’t allowed on the premises, which keeps the area peaceful. There are several convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, and ride services can find you easily. It’s also just a five-minute walk to District 1 by crossing the bridge right outside to get to Saigon Centre, Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street, and other popular areas! I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.
