Experience Protection Insurance provides liability coverage for up to ¥ 100,000,000, in the event of third-party claims of bodily injury or property damage during an experience.

Experience Protection Insurance provides liability coverage for up to ¥ 100,000,000, in the event of third-party claims of bodily injury or property damage during an experience.

Experience Protection Insurance may cover:

  • Liabilities if the Host is held liable for bodily injury
  • Liabilities if the Host is held liable for property damage to a third party

  • Experience Protection Insurance covers experience Hosts, their employees who provide services for the experience, and third parties who contract with the experience Hosts to furnish venues for the experience. There is no additional cost for Hosts to participate in the program.

    Experience Protection Insurance doesn't cover:

  • Car accidents
  • Property damage due to things like mold or pollution
  • Something done intentionally (not an accident)

  • Experience Protection Insurance doesn't apply to all liability.
