Vacation rentals with a patio in Cyprus

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und super sauber! Der Check-In lief total einfach mit genauen Anweisungen inkl. Fotos. Schöner Pool und insgesamt sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Promenade war einfach in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars.

Very well equipped apartment, exactly as the pictures. Very nice balcony to enjoy the breakfast or end of day. 5 min walk from the beach and walkable distance from salt lake.

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. We currently stayed at this apartment and absolutely loved it! It was one of the best AirBNBs we stayed in. The Flat was very clean and spotless. It was super cozy and comfy. The Host even offered some utensils like toothbrushes and had a lot of things you could need for the stay. The communication was super fast and friendly. Check-in and Check-out was super easy with clear instructions. There are a few parking spots in the street in front of the house, which you could use. All in all: if you look for an apartment for your stay in Lanarca, we would absolutely recommend staying here

Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad in dit mooie penthouse. Alles wat we nodig hadden was tot onze beschikking. Het was heel ruim, altijd parkeerplek en goed locatie vanuit waar je het eiland kan ontdekken. De communicatie verliep vlot en prettig!

beautifully renovated apartment, spotlessly clean, extremely helpful hosts. washing machine and airer/drying rack on balcony were great appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival, as well as bread, butter, jam and water - a thoughtful touch which meant i didn't have to head out to the supermarket straight away convenience store 2 mins walk away, full supermarket 10 minutes walk close to archaeological sites, eateries/bars and waterfront - all in walkabout distance. I was especially grateful when host helped me out with a phone call in Greek when I needed assistance. Full marks for this stay. highly recommended.

Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Der Wohnbereich ist groß, es gibt einen großen Balkon und die Dusche ist großzügig. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist unmittelbar am Strand und kann dort sehr gut schwimmen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, so dass man auch mit dem Auto viel unternehmen kann. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

דירה פשוט מהממת! היינו זוג וחמש בנות, תחושה כפרית וביתית, מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, כל דבר שהיינו צריכים היה מענה מידי מבעל הדירה, מרחק הליכה של עשר דקות לחנויות ולכיוון החוף, רחוב ליד בית חב״ד, עשר דקות נסיעה לקניון, מומלץ ממש עם ילדים ובכלל…

We had a lovely stay at Susan's place in Kalavasos. The property is located in a lovely village with some very nice restaurants and great walks right from the front door. Plus the fact that the property itself is extremely peaceful and private whilst still being in the centre of the village. We really enjoyed making use of the hot tub and the welcome pack was highly appreciated. Susan was a great host, super responsive and gave some great recommendations, thanks Susan!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, nur 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, top gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts: leise Klimaanlagen, Tupperdosen, Adapter, reichlich Handtücher und sogar Strandzubehör wie Liegen, Schirm und Taucherbrille. Draußen gibt’s einen Wasserhahn und einen Eingang direkt ins Bad – super praktisch nach dem Strand. Der Flughafen ist 10 Min., Supermärkte 10–15 Min. entfernt. Ja, man hört Flugzeuge – besonders anfangs – aber es stört kaum, und mit der Zeit fanden wir es sogar schön. Wir waren Ende Mai da, fast allein in der Anlage – traumhaft ruhig. Das Bett war bequem, auf Wunsch gab’s einen Topper. Der Strand ist flach, mit wenig Wellen – ideal zum Baden. Und Gastgeber Stavros? Herzlich, aufmerksam, immer erreichbar – und der volle Kühlschrank bei Ankunft war das i-Tüpfelchen. Danke für den wunderschönen Urlaub!

Άνετο μεγάλο κατάλυμα σε περιοχή κοντά στην Πάφο με το αυτοκίνητο. πολύ βολικός ο χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς μπροστά στην είσοδο. Στην κουζίνα υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα και οι δύο κρεβατοκαμαρες ήταν πολύ μεγάλες με άνετα διπλά κρεβάτια. το μπαλκόνι είχε πολύ ωραία θέα. και υπήρχε καλή επικοινωνία. Θα το συστηνα.

Das Haus war wirklich klasse! 10 min Fahrt zum Zentrum! Alles gut erreichbar! Guter Service, sehr freundlich!

This is a really lovely studio perfectly situated in Paphos. It's a short walk into the harbour, and also there is a lovely walk along the beach side in the other direction. Nikos invited me to a BBQ with his friends and family outside the studio, which was amazing. The studio is on the 612 bus route from the airport. Nikos works in the shop below so check in is easy. All in all a fantastic experience!

Мы отлично провели время с подругой и нашими питомцами,что немаловажно для нас! Очень красивое место,тропы,горные массивы,виноградники,и многое другое! Потрясающе звездное небо и тишина,погружают в легкость и забвение от городской суеты! Очень добродушные хозяева! Мы немного заблудились в самом начале,и Michalina,встретила нас и проводила до места проживания!Также нас угостили свежими яйцами и фруктами,которыми мы вдоволь насладились! Восторг и только! Мы обязательно вернемся! Спасибо!

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

Πρώτη φορά στην Κύπρο και δεν μπορούσαμε να επιλέξουμε καλύτερο χώρο για τη διαμονή μας! Πολύ όμορφος χώρος, ηλιόλουστος και πεντακάθαρος! Εξοπλισμένος με τα πάντα, σαν να είναι το σπίτι μας! Οι οικοδέσποινες ήταν βοηθητικές και φιλικές εξασφαλίζοντας ότι η διαμονή μας θα είναι ευχάριστη. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα, σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

The apartment was perfect for my stay. It was exactly as described and is very centrally located. It had everything that I needed and given it's great location it was prefect to walk everywhere and relax. Sylvia was a great communicator, and the apartment was available 3 hours earlier than the normal check in time. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return and use this apartment again. Thank loads!!

We've had a lovely stay at Angela's beach front flat. The view of the sunset from the terrace was stunning. The swimming pools were right in front of our door and very large (good for swimming) and had a stunning view of the sea. Cyprus is quite small, so it's easy and quick to get to different beaches and historic sites. Whenever we needed something, Angela was right there to assist us! Thank you ! :) The Northern part of Cyprus is very beautiful, towards Girne there are a lot of new developments being built.

Bel appartement sur une colline surplombant Pegiea avec superbe vue sur toute la côte. L’appartement est tel qu’on le voit sur les photos. Fonctionnel et bien équipé pour 2 personnes. L’endroit est très calme. La région est très belle à visiter et les plages sont à 15 minutes en voiture. Belle piscine réservée aux résidents. Quasiment déserte en ce début mai. Toutes les instructions pour l’arrivée/départ et le fonctionnement étaient très claires. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour.

This is a great place for a short stay for 1-2 people. The host was easy to communicate with, and the location is quite walkable, but quiet.

we hebben heerlijk genoten van Blue Nest. Het huis is groot genoeg voor 4 personen. inrichting knus en gezellig. fijn dat elke slaapkamer een badkamer heeft. zwembad groot en liggend in een prachtige groene tuin met bomen en bloemen. wij waren bijna altijd alleen bij het zwembad. Edita reageerde altijd snel, heel fijn. zelf waren wij niet zo weg van dorpje Mandria maar Paphos daarentegen vonden we wel leuk. dank je Edita!
