Very nice property in a peaceful spot overlooking the Mediterranean. Would go back there.

best place ever!!!! there is everything you need! but notice that it is far away from everything...the minimum drive is 30 minutes to Limassol.

Cozy large accommodation in an area near Paphos by car. very convenient parking right in front of the entrance. In the kitchen there were all the necessities and the two bedrooms were very large with comfortable double beds. the balcony had a very nice view. and there was good communication. I would recommend it.

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

What an amazing place to stay! The day usually starts with a brilliant sunrise as you rarely go through them. Overlooking the fields and the olive grove. A place where you relax and where you are connected to nature. The host's warmth and involvement was also special. We holiday in Protaras but always like to spend a couple of nights in a traditional Cypriot village and home. Kathakis is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful little village which has everything you need to relax. We chose Calliope House because of its authentic Cypriot feel and we weren't disappointed. It's been in the owners family for generations and is a beautiful Cypriot home which had everything you need. The stand outs for us was that it had 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) the other 2 bedrooms a toys the beautiful courtyard with their own bathroom and a guest bathroom. The courtyard was beautiful. Private and peaceful with comfortable sofa seating as well as a table and chairs for food and drinks. The house was immaculate! Bedding in particular was pristine l, crisp white sheets and quilt. Beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels, and the showers were great. Waling distance to main square with taverns, a museum and about a mile away a wonderful winery which offered wine tasting sessions.

Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with all kinds of amenities. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Place to recommend despite sometimes the difficulty in having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.

We had a fantastic stay with our family! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous view of the mountain and forest —it felt like a peaceful retreat. The location was perfect and made exploring the area easy. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Angela is a super friendly and always available host. The place was also mega clean and totally beautifully located. The beach was right next to the property. I can recommend the place with full conviction!

Agathi and her wonderful mother Maro made us feel at home and like family. It was a very special experience and we look forward to returning again and again.

Our time here was fantastic! This home was our oasis between the day-trips we took around the Larnaca and Ayia Napa regions. For us, this location was a good midpoint between Cavo Greco (30 minute drive), places in Larnaca (10 minute drives), and the airport (15 minute drive). We came back to this home after our daytime adventures and enjoyed hot showers with good water pressure. After we got cleaned up, there were multiple excellent dining options within a short walk... and a good ice cream shop, too. My daughter enjoyed soaking up the remaining sunshine while reading a book on the patio. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location, quiet and very nice apartment. It had everything we needed for this two days! Only thing that was missing was a veranda.

Beautiful interior, apartment was well equipped. At night lovely view through windows with lights from the city. Very happy with this apartment. Hosts were incredibly helpful, leaving guid of what to do in the city and how to get in the apartment, and where to park the car. I also left my headphones at the apartment and they were kind enough to offer shipping them to me.

the Villa was massive pool was really nice location is great around 10 minutes from turtle beach and 20 minutes from Kyrenia

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was perfect for our family getaway. The villa itself is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. There were so many entertainment options to keep everyone happy. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable holiday. We’d love to come back! 🥰

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

Dora has a great place, we had a wonderful stay! It was clean and spacious and right on the sea which was lovely to wake up to in the morning. Dora was very responsive and helped us with the house alarm when needed. One point to note is that the description states that the garden is fully fenced. The front space is but the back garden is not fenced but we kept our dog on a long line so it didn’t matter. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend.

A very large Villa which we all enjoyed as a family. The host was very responsive to all our messages and resolved any small issues we had very quickly (same day) The pool was always clean and eventually heated up (needed in October) The main Villa is open plan, so noise does travel up to the bedrooms above, but other than that we had a fantastic time at the Villa. It was good value for money.

It was very idyllic and ideal to just relax. A quiet residence with a great location and multifaceted possibilities. Great hosts. Very friendly. You immediately feel welcome. Thank you for the delicious cake and the great week in Cyprus.

It was a great stay. Beautiful villa with some great rooms and everything you would need. Pool was great and outside area was great. My family and I had an amazing week.

It was our third time we stayed at Charalambos’s place. Charalambos made some improvements/renovation since last time we stayed there. So it was really pleasure to spend several nights at the peaceful lovely place. Looking forward to back again!
