We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

La Berthussie

La Berthussie is situated at the edge of Cussac, a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve: soft hills, lakes, historical sites, and lovely walking trails. Our peaceful and spacious house of 240 sq. m can easily host a family of 8. It is surrounded by a vast mature garden, a private pond just 50m from the house, a chestnut orchard and fruit trees. The supermarket is 5 minute walking distance, as are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square.

Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Our 1829 house has been renovated in a style that harmoniously blends the old and the modern. Upon entering, you will be seduced by a large living room with all the necessary equipment to have a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, a bedroom for two and a bathroom equipped with a large shower. Upstairs you will find another double bed, a single bed and a baby bed as well as everything you need to keep you busy as a family. A garden with lounge and barbecue.

La Vieille Porcherie is a typical French self-contained gîte dating back to the 17th Century. The gite is situated in a quiet hamlet between Cussac and Oradour-sur-Vayres. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with numerous swimming lakes in the vicinity, wonderful walks, fabulous quiet roads for cycling and also great VTT trails. A former piggery, now a lovely gîte, beside our home in this beautiful part of France.
