If you book in November, there is a possibility that if it gets cold, you will not have a hot outdoor shower and will use water from a 5 gallon ceramic container for drinking and cooking.

It is only a few steps to the river, watch the boats, beautiful sunrises and eagles soaring. On a nice road for walking and biking, close to downtown Thomaston and Rockland. Unfortunately property is not suitable for children or pets.
