Angela was an excellent host. Home was beautiful, well equipped and clean. Made sure we understood her home and our surroundings. Would definitely stay again

Maureen was flexible with us checking in 2hrs early. The house was clean! We got to explore the area, not much to do, but it was peaceful. Be sure to check out the trail by the COA! It was beautiful! The big fenced yard was a great addition for we had our dog with us. The pool was an added bonus! However, there was no “active pool cleaner” and there were a lot of bugs and dirt from the trees on the water—which was understandable. Other than that, everything was great! Felt right at home! Thank you for hosting us, Maureen!!

Beautiful property! Pictures don’t do it justice! Beds are absolutely amazing with great pillows and linens. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. There wasn’t anything we needed that was not there. The view is stunning and the house is immaculate. Our family came for a graduation and we were able to stay together and loved our stay in this gorgeous house! We hope to come back soon!

We enjoyed ourselves so much last year that we booked another stay at Evan's place. The location is central to both Virginia Beach and the OBX, as well as near our favorite golf course, The Carolina Club. The house layout is perfect, boasting three bedrooms, two baths, and an open concept kitchen, living and dining. The outside is perfect for a quiet read in the hammock, a chat by the firepit, or dinner on the grill. There are even kayaks and a paddleboat, neither of which we used due to poor weather conditions. All-in-all we had another exceptional stay and plan on a third stay next year.

This place is a GEM! I highly recommend staying there. So close to the beach. Lots of fun stuff to do in Duck. The house is very, very nice with lots of space to hang out.

Our stay here was great. Very peaceful and relaxing vacation. Tina was extremely friendly and accommodating, and answered any questions we had before and during our stay. I recommend booking if you are looking to have a serene getaway by the water!

This home was more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful neighborhood and location was minutes away from my event. I would definitely rent this home again.

100/10!! We absolutely loved staying here! It was away from the major towns of the outer banks so it was peaceful but only a 20 minute drive to the beaches!! House was very clean and had everything we needed to make a couple of meals! Definitely would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and the views are spectacular. I wish we had more time to enjoy the offerings. We hope to come back again!

I’d give it “Three C’s”: Clean, Cute, Cozy. Attention to detail & pet friendly, the enclosed space protects the dogs until you’re ready to leave the gated enclosure. Oh, the welcome basket is delightful, healthy snacks & wine; which soothes the weary travelers. The kitchen rack for drying dishes is creative & sanitary-great idea! Good location for overnight accommodations. I’d recommend Anne’s place!

This was my first experience staying at an Airbnb but for first timers, it was amazing. The place was very nicely set up and very welcoming. Felt right at home. Emily was very responsive with any questions I had. Even accommodated a slightly earlier check in for me which was very nice. The place had everything you could need for your stay. Bathroom had shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Kitchen had seasonings, pots and pans if needed. Emily even left a bottle of wine for us which was very thoughtful and appreciated. 10/10 would most definitely recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again :)

We had such a great visit staying with Kristy! It was like staying with a family friend- she was so flexible with our late check-in, she was welcoming and accommodating. She had great recommendations for places to check out and even offered us beach extras like umbrellas, blankets, surfboards, and more. She made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived! The place is exactly as described. Even though it’s attached to her home, the apartment is completely separate with its own entrance. You get a full size fridge, basic kitchen amenities, a comfy bed and even an extra trundle bed which is new! It was less than a 3 min drive to the beach which was so convenient, and surrounded by fun shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We would definitely return!

Anne and Carlos were incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, especially with helping us store our bikes. Their place was charming and the kitchen was well stocked!

If you want a more laid back OBX experience with a short walk to a less busy beach, this is the place!

My partner and I spent a peaceful week in this cozy spot. Very clean and well equipped for cooking and relaxing :) We especially enjoyed hanging out on the dock by the water and eating meals in the screened-in outdoor space. The surrounding neighborhood was very friendly as well. Rob was an excellent host and addressed any and all inquiries in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again if you're looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the more "quintessential" obx beach towns. Not a bad drive to Duck / Kitty Hawk either.

The perfect spot for a quick stay in Elizabeth City. The place was clean, quiet & cozy. I appreciated that all the light switches were labeled, a little detail that I wish more places had. It was easy to find & the check in/out instructions were very clear.

We loved this beautiful home! Beautifully decorated-calm vibe. So cozy and comfortable. I’m also an Airbnb host and I can tell you this space is wonderful! Well worth the price point! Don’t miss out on the fire pit. Something about a fire with your family by the water…it’s truly magical. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. Kathy is kind and accommodating. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Can’t say enough. 10/10.

Andrew was a super friendly and accommodating host! The house is very spacious and peaceful! We came to stay just to relax in nature for a couple days and it was perfect for our needs!

This is a very private location. Beautiful surroundings. Very remote.
