Residential and very quiet neighbourhood. Jucelia was super flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. The house is very spacious and we were able to enjoy our stay in curitiba!

Great experience for those looking for a day to relax, connect with nature and enjoy the company of someone special. While the sun is present, the backyard is beautiful to see. When night falls, the game room guarantees entertainment. The house itself is cold, in winter you need a heater, having an electric heater and the fireplace as an option, but bring firewood or buy it at the nearby station, as it is not available in the house.

We went in six people. The house is huge. Each room organized. Clean beds. A kitchen with plenty of items, barbecue outside. The garage with a higher gate also favored us a lot, as we were on a motorcycle. Andréa is always quick to respond to us and very dear. Everyone loved the stay!!

About the place: cozy, pleasant view and the Passaúna dam is the backdrop of this view. A place that mixes nature and urbanism. At night, we feel at home, with the gentle rain. Good space in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. It is suitable for those who want to come to Curitiba for work and also for those who want to feel nature a little closer. We had a campfire with friends and several children/teenagers to roast marshmallows, everyone loved it. Ivanir's accommodation simply gave us a unique experience of rest, peace, cost benefit and being so close to nature without leaving Curitiba. We'll be back!

Danielle was super attentive, charismatic and helpful throughout the stay, 100% available at all times, as well as being super understanding with some inconveniences. The place was exactly as shown in the photos and what pleased me most was the fact that the air conditioning also heats because it is usually very cold in Curitiba. Overall, a 10 for the place and for Danielle, everything was great! I also thank you for all your attention and care!

The building is well located, in a quiet place, with a market and bakery nearby. Organized and well-kept common areas. Mr. Honda made recommendations for local attractions, always attentive and kind. I recommend the accommodation, it is lovely.

New, well-groomed apartment. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen. The building has several amenities, such as a grocery store, café, swimming pool, community space, and several others. Easy check-in, just arrive at the entrance and give your name, and you'll receive the card that gives you access to everything. Paid parking under the building, also easy. Frequented by young workers and students, a very good environment.
