A plot of 5,000 m2, with a house of 160 m2 built in wood, with good light and with all the spaces overlooking the forest. It is located 5 minutes from commerce and main avenues and 15 minutes from downtown. Excellent connectivity with quick access to Valdivia North, South and Costa exit.

House of 100mts2, part of our Lodge and Cabañas los Swans, comfortable and cozy, with close view of the nature sanctuary of Río Cutipay and the Valdivian jungle. They were built, equipped and conditioned with everyone who wants to vacation as a family. It has grill and tinaja (every two nights, including a day of tinaja), wifi, tvcable, smart TV, heating to wood, electric gate at the entrance. Access and views of the river and private dock.

The exterior of the cabin features beige siding with a wooden door at the center. Two windows are equipped with security bars and are positioned symmetrically on either side of the entrance. An air conditioning unit is mounted above the door.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in Isla Teja, Valdivia, Chile. Located in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood, withe everything you need and want minutes away. The decoration is stylish and geeky, and I hope you'll enjoy both the place and the city. We also have a lot of cats, but they don't live in this apartment. You'll surely see them around though, but they are quite cute so you won't mind.
