Very good stay of several nights in a quiet place. Well-equipped and functional, clean accommodation. Comfortable bedding. Very large landscaped and peaceful garden. Very nice Jacuzzi, especially at the end of the day, already ready upon arrival. Several lakes nearby for beautiful walks, swimming and water activities. Avallon 15 minutes by car and Quarré les Tombes 10 minutes with supermarket open every day. I highly recommend this quiet accommodation with great value.

A very well thought-out cottage that allowed us to spend a few relaxing days. Everything is there to come with a child.

We spent two very relaxing weeks in this beautiful little house. Despite our limited French skills, everything went smoothly. Franck guided us through the house in English and communication with Aurelie was also easy thanks to the Airbnb translator. Both were available during our stay and were very helpful and friendly. The house is equipped with everything you need and well maintained. We have taken wonderful hikes nearby and further afield, especially the hiking trail along the nearby Trinquelin river. We also visited some beautiful cities: Vézelay, Avallon, Autun, Dijon. For us, a successful combination of absolute tranquility, nature and culture. Many thanks to Aurelie and Franck!

Beautiful little house in a village close to Avallon. The house is very well-equipped and has a lot of charm. Sylvie and Patrick were lovely. They struggled to find us a nurse my husband needed. We had a more than pleasant stay at Usy despite mixed weather. We recommend eyes closed.
