Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

It was definitely a great stay, Kathy was great! Super friendly, and very attentive. The space is comfortable and clean. Exactly what we were looking for. The place is very central and close to just about everything. Her Son was kind enough to give us things to do around town as it was our first time.

I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.
