Loved this Villa we had a group of 5 everybody had there own room. Pictures are accurate pool was clean host was very friendly & responsive he also provided chargers, refrigerator was loaded with all types of beverages. House was equipped with an alarm system for safety we felt very safe in this location. We had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . My wife and I spent a week at Colibri villa, and it was wonderful. I tend to rise very early, so the separate kitchen side insured my not making too much too much noise to allow her dome sleep. We loved the outdoor covered dining area, the outdoor shower, and the hot tub. Being a 10 minute walk to Orient village, and the beach was exactly as we needed to rest and relax. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this villa.

Very spacious villa, the terrace is great! Very nice view, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable room! Cleaning service included 👌 I would highly recommend! We'll go back!

My wife and I celebrated our 7th anniversary here. The staff was warm and responsive to our needs and made the effort to ensure we were comfortable. They left personalized card on the day of our anniversary and complementary pastries and champagne for us to enjoy. Our room was a 2 minute walk from the pristine Meads Bay. There was also a nice selection of restaurants right along the beach. Overall the stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend.

Andreas responded immediately if we had a question. He also let us stay late on our last day.

Beautiful villa, beautiful location, beautiful people and beautiful beaches. Quick drive from SXM - walkable to food markets, restaurants, coffee shop and easy beach access. The Villa space is true to listing pictures and very relaxing. My family of 6 had plenty of space inside and outside. The rooftop deck was great and the views are stunning, especially the sunsets. Kitchen is fully appointed, beds are comfy, washer & dryer was a plus - overall just BEAUTIFUL. Thank you Michael for quickly addressing our few issues that popped up and for keeping in touch to make sure all was well.

Excellent stay in a perfect location. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded. Short drive to Super U for supplies. Beautiful view! Would stay here again!

Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

The place was spotless, clean, nice, functional, in a good location. The small outdoor terrace is great, easy access to the beach, pool and pond-side path for walks. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

This villa was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for our stay, as two families with young children. It was minutes from the airport and close to many beautiful beaches and dining options. A car is necessary to get around. We spent lots of time in the pool, enjoying views of the ocean and the sunset in the evening. The villa was also immaculately clean and well maintained. Each room had its own bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower or bath option which we really enjoyed. The only thing to note is the entrance to the third bedroom is from the patio and not the villa itself. It wasn't a big issue for us however, as it was only a few short steps to the villa and we brought cameras to monitor our children in their room at night. All in all, we highly recommend this villa and would come back!

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It's an amazing location, with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. The room has everything you need with a very responsive/helpful host! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay on the French side and Saint Martin in general.

Wonderful stay in Saint Martin. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay even snacks, water, and drinks at arrival. Easy walk to the small grocery store, restaurants, and beach. The air conditioning worked very well. We were very happy with our stay. The French cuisine was amazing near by.

Isabelle’s property came even better than advertised and Isabelle was a very gracious hostess from pre-arrival throughout our stay. Incredible views of the bay in the evening, and can even see St Barth in the distance when clear. The property had all the comforts of home (US) with the charm of St. Martin. I sent Isabelle a couple of messages for local recommendations during our visit and she was quick and helpful with her responses. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful stay!!

We had a lovely stay at Jolanda's. A quiet neighbourhood. The only thing that let it down was the buzz of electricy outside which meant sitting on the balcony wasn't relaxing..but we fully appreciate that this was out of her control. The apartment was great and the bed super comfy for a lovely night sleep. I cannot recommend Jolanda highly enough for her communication and assistance. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

We really enjoyed this place: very quiet and semi-private, since there are tenants in the other condos. This allowed us to get to know the area better! The accommodation is comfortable and met all of our expectations. The air conditioners in the rooms work very well, the kitchen offered everything you needed to cook (we had almost all our meals there), and Isabelle even bought a blender for us, the sitting area is comfortable and the terrace is very large. The pool is a big bonus to relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a small library where you can borrow books (mostly in French). The village is really peaceful, everything is within walking distance: bakery, 5 minutes; Coralita beach, 8 minutes; Dawning beach, 15-20 minutes and several hills; four restaurants, 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets are a 10–15 minute drive away (Carrefour, Super U). We'd be happy to go back!

The accommodation is beautiful and spaciously laid out. In the photos, the living room seems smaller than in person. Restaurants, breakfasts and small supermarket within walking distance and the beach is literally a stone's throw away. Pool also bigger than in the photo. Toys for children provided. In short, highly recommended. A few beach chairs by the pool would be an improvement.

Even better the 2nd time around. Vincent and team are great - communication is excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a week!
