Vacation rentals with beach access in Cupecoy Beach

Le studio est vraiment calme malgré sa proximité avec l’aéroport , je n’ai ressenti aucune gêne et j’ai pu dormir paisiblement à toutes heures de la journée . La literie est très confortable, j’ai pu me reposer et en même temps profiter de l’île . Il y a vraiment tout à proximité ( pharmacie , restaurants , casinos , boutiques , bar , plages etc … ) et accessible à pieds . Les instructions de l’hôte ont été claires . J’ai apprécié mon séjour et recommande ce studio .

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! The place was exactly as described. Clean , adequate for two and a great location. It was an easy 7-10 minute walk to the main strip and 10-15 minutes to Maho beach. I had only one minor issue and that was the shower. The pressure was great but I believe the temperature was metered , therefore the water went from cool to warm to extremely hot. This added an additional 5 minutes to my shower because I had to wait until the temperature cycled around to hot. The host Bisera was always available before and during our arrival. Fortunately for us we had no issues that arose during our stay so we didn’t need to contact her. I would definitely recommend this place and no doubt I would stay again. Thank you Bisera for providing a wonderful home away from home!

Really appreciated the clear instructions given by Elizabeth it made everything stress free. The appartement was exactly as description and photos. Lots of good restaurants in the area too

We selected this rental based off of the AirBnb posting. Everything in the post was accurate. In addition, parking was easier than expected, the pool and bar areas were very nice and the private beach was simple to access. Sunsets were great. The local market was in east walking distance. View from private balcony was great. Everything in the room worked. Shower pressure was awesome. Light-darkening window treatments were wonderful. The Sapphire complex continues to work through post-hurricane facility maintenance items, but everything listed was there and operational. Work out room, free laundry, Internet cafe and mini-store were all available. Staff was helpful and courteous. Ramiz our host was responsive to our reach-outs pre and post arrival. We would rent this unit again.

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

Extremely convenient location for visiting a student at AUC medical school. Security 24 hours a day is a nice amenity, especially when the security staff is as professional, friendly and helpful as the staff at Rainbow Beach Club. Appreciated Mike and Rosalyn being able to accommodate us last minute!

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, die Dachterasse ist wunderschön, vor allem mag ich die Umgebung, sicher, ruhig und vom Flughafen in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich war jetzt das zweite mal in einer Unterkunft von Paul und kann dieses Appartement zu 100% empfehlen. Preis / Leistung stimmen.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Jamal’s property. He has a bunch of these short term rentals and you can tell he is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. He was responsive, helpful, he was completely awesome. Next time we come to St. Martin, we are staying at one of his properties. 10/10, highly recommend.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

An amazing place even better in person

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the island. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Rainbow beach club is a hidden gem. We rented a car while on the island and drove all over sightseeing and checking out other locations and I have to say this is definitely one of the best locations on the island. Some of the other locations are right on the cliff to the beautiful blue water, but they do not have their own private beach, this place also has three pools that were never crowded. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants in Jordan Village as well as Maho beach. And a 20 minute drive to many other fun activities on the island. Konstantyne was incredibly responsive and gave us a great list of local places to check out all of which were amazing. I cannot wait to come back and share this place with some of our friends. I was so sad to leave. The complex is clean. People were continuously taking care of the vegetation and the pools. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I can’t say enough about the caliber of the food on the island. The place is very safe!

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

Wat een heerlijke plek op Sint Maarten! Heel fijn ontvangen door Sylvia, zij staat altijd voor je klaar en je kan met al je vragen bij haar terecht! Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is fantastisch, zowel overdag als in de avond. Twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken met waterkraan met filter! De plek is gezellig druk, namelijk vlakbij de luchthaven en daar door ook heel centraal. Je kan lopen naar Maho Beach en iets verder ook naar Mullet Beach. Er zijn diverse leuke restaurants. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij: Tortuga. En wat een luxe om via de trap naast het appartement zo het strand op te lopen naar D's Beach Bar. Waar je heerlijk op een strandbedje kan liggen en kan genieten van diverse cocktails en lekker eten. Het appartement is ruim, heel schoon en gezellig. En geen muggen !! We had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Pearl Studio in Maho, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The studio is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay-from a functional kitchen to a cozy bed (too soft for us) but that’s our preference. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Maho Beach,where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets,watch planes fly overhead, or just relax by the ocean. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent communication she even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday which I thought was very nice and she even let us check in early. I recommend renting a car for the whole island experience, but taxis are only a 5 minute walk away. If you’re looking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish place to stay in Maho I recommend Emerald Pearl Studio. I will definitely be returning. 2 ppl only ;)

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.
