Vacation rentals with a patio in Cumbayá

Eddna’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It’s such a bright space with so many windows and great mountain views. The park across the street was very nice to walk to also. Eddna was very responsive. She gave many recommendations and made reservations for us to use the gym in the building whenever we asked. I would stay again!

Amazing place and close to everything. No need for a vehicle. Place was really clean amd Jampier was attentive with our needs. Nothing negative to say about this place other than it’s a beautiful apartment

From the time I booked the place to checkout, Maria was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She even upgraded us to a penthouse unit and dropped off a bottle of wine for my husband and my anniversary! The location is great for visitors who want to walk around and be centrally located to sights around Quito. But even within a short walk, there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We always felt safe roaming around the area. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and with a great view!

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Lindo el llegar, súper cerca de todo ✨

Nos gustó mucho la casa, y la estancia. Todo muy tranquilo. Tiene todo lo indispensable para vivir. Los dueños muy amables y ayudan en todo. Está un poco lejos del centro de Quito, pero a cada cual según sus necesidades. Personalmente a nosotros nos gustó mucho.

Bonito lugar, habitaciones grandes y cómodas. La piscina fue donde más disfrutamos al igual que la zona de parrillada.

Hermoso lugar, muy tranquilo, bonito. Un lugar para pasar en familia o algo romántico y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Lindas instalaciones. Las piscinas son limpias. Ale excelente anfitriona. muy atenta. Seguro volveré.

Javier es un anfitrión muy amable y atento, siempre responde con rapidez. El alojamiento en Cumbayá es seguro, hermoso y tranquilo. Su ubicación es ideal, ya que está cerca de todos los centros comerciales y del centro de Cumbayá, un lugar encantador y turístico al que se puede llegar fácilmente a pie. Como única sugerencia, recomendaría añadir más utensilios a la cocina para quienes disfrutan cocinando en casa. En general, es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Cumbayá, con todo lo necesario a la mano en un entorno seguro y agradable. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Fantastic apartment — modern, spotless, and well maintained. Fernando was highly responsive to all my questions. The building felt very secure and is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

I had a great stay at Natalia's. Everything was as described with some nice touches, for example, a few snacks and some water for when I arrived. The host was also friendly and responsive to my messages. I'd book this place again!

El departamento supero mis expectativas, muy confortable tiene todo lo necesario y hasta otras comodidades pero lo mejor de todo la atención de José Gabriel muy atento y servicial. Totalmente satisfecha!

This apartment was such a lovely stay right near Parque Carolina but off the main road so that it was quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the gym facilities in the building (there is also a spa and sauna available tuesday - sunday) and a rooftop terrace with a great view. We had a very restful two days here and appreciated the equipped kitchen, washing machine, and two TVs! thanks for having us :)

We had such a great stay! They were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. It was a queen bed with a single bed that you can pull out from under. The space is a little small, but it worked well for 2 people. The building was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and near the metro and bus station or a short Uber ride to most places in Quito.

Fabiola tiene su apartamento ubicado muy cerca de el hospital donde mi tío se operó, su amabilidad es excelente, todo muy bien y recomendable para quienes gusten visitar la ciudad. Excelente vista panorámica. Highly recommended Fabi it’s an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.
