Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cumbayá

This is the place I'd really like to recommend. It's a great place for those who want to rest peacefully in a quiet, countryside environment. 1. The host welcomed us with quick communication and kindness. It was comfortable and satisfying throughout the stay, not to mention before check-in. 2. The accommodation was really clean, and it was comfortable because it was equipped with kitchen utensils, toiletries, and towels. 3. The property is located in a highland overlooking Kumbya. It's not far from the city center, and I don't think it's a difficult place to access if you have a vehicle. It's a great place to enjoy a beautiful garden and a peaceful atmosphere. (Pretty cats and birdsong are a bonus) 4. The pre-ordered breakfast was of a higher quality than expected. I would recommend it to those staying. I would like to express my gratitude to the host for taking good care of me again, and I hope to stay again if I get a chance.

It was great staying here for four weeks. The house is comfortable and the location is very peaceful, but still close to everything. Nice garden and patio. Also very affordable. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent, very friendly and the cleaning lady was super attentive.

Amandine's place is very 'organic' to stay in, if you know what I mean - the whole house and property is constructed with natural materials, lots of quality wood furnishings in the kitchen and property. The area is great, within a 10minute walk down the stairs near the property (not by the road, so no cars) you're next to the church and another, 10 minute from there you are at a beautiful park with grass, trees, etc. In the other direction, towards Quito, you're at a supermarket (supermaxi) within 15 minutes walking along quiet neighborhood streets. So the location is great. Amandine is also very nice, and her family as well, and the area is very quiet. Feels very countryside for being just a 10minute-uber from the centre. The only negative was it was a bit dusty, but this is likely because we booked the night before AND also asked to check-in early, or because we were the first booking in awhile. Everything else was perfect, so I'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

The place was very well taken care of. Communication was awesome with the host. I recommend this place to anyone who comes to Quito.

Highly recommend Britt and Gigi's place! It's even bigger and nicer than the photos show. This is the best Airbnb we've stayed in Quito! We stayed here for over a month and even extended our stay. This Airbnb has everything you need (linens, kitchenware, appliances, towels, etc). Everything worked great including the huge washer and dryer (which is not very common in Quito). The location is one of our favorites, the neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. It also feels very safe. The building itself is very nice with great amenities. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb, we will stay here in the future when we come back and visit!

The apartment is very nice, it is in a good location, places to eat nearby, the host was very attentive and helpful during my stay. I felt at home, I really enjoyed my visit and I would definitely come back.

The place was very comfortable and quiet to rest, it was surrounded by fruit trees, the host is very friendly I help us with everything we asked. Very cozy. !Highly recommended!

The casita is a tranquil spot, cozy and clean. We enjoyed watching hummingbirds in the garden. It’s a beautiful sanctuary with views of the mountain. Great for enjoying coffee or wine. We found a bakery, many fruit and vegetable stands and a Tia market all in walking distance on our first day. It’s easy to Uber or bus to the popular attractions farther south in the city.

Marcelo and Chabelita, the owners of the place, are excellent hosts. From the first contact, they were always attentive to us and spoiled my little ones. Chabelita cooks delicious food and accepts suggestions. Marcelo is very sociable, we loved hearing his anecdotes and interesting life stories; he was ready to light the campfire, guide the kids on the horses and teach us how to pick strawberries. The cabin where we stayed is private, simple, small and comfortable. In the cabin, the internet signal is very low and we had almost no access; if necessary, we could access the main house, but it was rarely needed. Although we arrived in the cold season, we were able to light the fire, the kids enjoyed the tree house, the horses, the green spaces; and, some huge dogs which were very friendly and playful. Receiving 2025 with all the attention, the tranquility offered by the countryside and the joy of seeing the children enjoy is priceless.

Wilson and his wife were delightful hosts who welcomed us to there lovely home. Wilson kindly organised a taxi from the airport with his friend Rene who was so accommodating even offering a supermarket stop for our convenience. The location of the property was set in beautiful gardens surrounded by countryside yet so accessible to the airport and a drive to the beautiful city of Quito. We would definitely recommend Wilson, his home and Rene for a great stay

Great views, the private hot tub and food service is amazing. Also it’s 13 minutes from the airport!

The place is beautiful, everything is impeccable. We didn't feel very comfortable. The place is very quiet and the ducks and dogs are very nice. I would definitely go back to this place

Excellent host, the place is nice and quiet, getting there and leaving is an adventure that you enjoy, I recommend bringing boots and checking the weather of the days you plan to stay, highly recommended to stay two or three days to enjoy everything
