Barbara and Gunther were nothing less than the perfect hosts. Their place is fantastic, great location and spotless. MauMau is the friendliest cat I have ever met and has pushed me to get a cat of my own! Barbara and Gunther went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, provided great snacks, recommendations and an amazing place to stay which felt homely as well as being spotlessly clean. We will certainly be returning if we are in LA again, and will be recommending to any friends and family. The guys were extremely friendly and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had a wonderful stay at Rochelle’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Rochelle was an attentive and communicative host, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with great local spots nearby. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel warm and inviting. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

We booked a stay for my in-laws. They raved about their stay and said they were ready to book all future stays at Jackson Market. The studio is beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable. Nicholas was extremely responsive, friendly, and welcoming. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps from downtown Culver City. The courtyard is serene and beautiful, with plenty of seating. The market is both delicious and convenient for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner! We will be booking all our family's stays at Jackson Market going forward! Thank you Fawaz and Nicholas for a lovely stay.

Cozy and clean space in Culver City! Lots of good places to eat nearby. The space itself was as described and the host was very proactive about reaching out about things.

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

We had a very comfortable stay at Amy’s. The room was just as described and met all our needs. The place is clean and equipped with all basic necessities. I also had a brief interaction with Amy, she was super sweet and welcoming.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Michael and the other hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful and responsive to any questions I had before, during and after the stay. Would recommend the location, walkable to many restaurants, easy Waymo or Rideshare pickup, and a very secure area all around. If I ever make it back to L.A., I hope to book my stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic. This place feels like a home with all the things one needs to be comfortable. The yard and hot tub were great. The bonus was the in-tune piano! Our whole party voiced wishes to stay here again.

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

We had a lovely week- long stay at this adorable bungalow in Culver City in the Carlson Park neighborhood! The house was in a great spot on a beautiful tree-lined, quiet street. Everything was as described, and it was very clean. All the essentials were provided and the kitchen was well stocked (and had kid friendly bowls and cups). There were two desks, so it was easy to work remotely. There were several spots (restaurants and coffee shops) within a 10 minute walk and downtown Culver was closer to a 20 minute walk but still a very pleasant walk. Communication was very proactive and prompt. We would definitely come back to stay!

Connie’s place was great for a weekend family stay. It’s nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood walking distance to shops and easy drive to downtown Culver City. Our toddler enjoyed playing with all the toys and books. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is fantastic and very close to Santa Monica. I really enjoyed the stay and Chantal was very responsive and with everything that I needed she delivered it quickly! The room was clean and the space is very homey and private.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

Beautiful place! Excellent location- my partner and I like to walk, so we took a 20 minute walk and landed in the heart of WeHo. Host was gracious and let us book last minute. Place looks like the pictures and has the most amazing rain shower. Recommend!

This place was very nice. The building was amazing and I enjoyed all the antique qualities about it and the friendly tenants. There were so many extra touches left for us. Close to everything, but that also meant that it was very loud at night until things settled. We were there on a long weekend though. I would stay there again without hesitation. The team stayed at a hotel and this beat it by far. Megan was amazing and responded within minutes. so, so nice!
