Saubere und gut ausgestatette Unterkunft. Perfekt für 2 bis 3 Personen. Die Lage ist gut , es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der nähe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz der Unterkunft erspart viel Zeit und gibt einem ein sicheres gefühl wenn der Wagen direkt in der Einfahrt steht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Nice place în a peaceful area.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

We liked everything about this place, starting from friendly host who responded quickly, to easy check-in, on-site parking, great location, extremely clean, and with everything you need (well stocked kitchen).

Super maison, très confortable. Bon emplacement, une quinzaine de minutes du centre en voiture. Hôte très accueillante, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin à l'intérieur !

Lovely and well-equipped little house with 3 bedrooms. We only stayed for one night, but we felt very comfortable right away. The house is beautifully arranged and has everything you might need, even for a longer stay. There's a private yard with plenty of parking space, which was super convenient. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any messages. We truly enjoyed our short stay – highly recommended!

Teodora's place was lovely, it was well furnished and equipped with everything you would need for short/medium stay and had a great location and was easy to find along with Teodora's very clear instructions. Teodora was quick to reply and organise everything and gave lots of suggestions for Belgrade too and the local area. Despite being in a bustling area it was very quite and peaceful in the flat and everything was also very tidy and clean. Thank you!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with stylish decor that made the space feel cozy yet modern. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged — from the soft lighting to the decorative touches — clearly showing the host’s care and attention. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were well-prepared. I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries and the relaxing scent in the room. The location was perfect — very convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, reaching out before check-in to confirm details and offering plenty of recommendations for local attractions and food spots. They were always quick to respond and made the entire stay feel effortless. One of my favorite parts was the balcony. Stan na odličnoj lokaciji, prelep pogled, uredjen kao na slikama. Komunikacija sa domacinom je brza i jednostavna, imali smo sve što nam je bilo potrebno. Veoma smo zadovoljni boravkom u ovom stanu i svima bismo preporučili.

Great place - right in the centre of Belgrade, everything within easy reach. Great spot for local restaurants and main thoroughfares. Lovely place, very well-kept and modern, very friendly and responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

Ruim, sfeervol appartement in rustige straat, maar met volop levendigheid in de nabije omgeving. Twee supermarkten op ca 1 minuut lopen, goede busverbinding naar centrum en veel kleine winkeltjes in de directe omgeving. Contact met verhuurder verloopt vlot en vriendelijk.

Great apartment for my sister and I. We stayed for two nights and felt right at home and Mare was super responsive with any questions we had. Great location with plenty of great things around it. Would highly recommend!

The location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centre. Milo’s is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is clean with a good AC and washing machine. I would recommend staying here :)

The B&B is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There are many tram and bus lines at the street corner, and there are supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. The owner Hristina greeted us with a smile and warm hospitality. She helped us move our luggages into the house and explained the use of the equipment in detaisl. Thank you very much. The B&B is clean and comfortable, with complete equipment and facilities. The shower water source is sufficient and there is enough hot water, which makes us feel at home during this stay. I highly recommend staying in this B&B. When leaving, Hristine helped us call a taxi to the airport, which I am very grateful for.
