Gated community, friendly doormen, with security and tranquility. Market, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, all close by, no need to use a car. I highly recommend it!

In the first few days, I had a small problem with cockroaches, but nothing that a conversation with the host couldn't solve. Two days later, it was no longer a problem. A great place, a comfortable, quiet and protected space. Super nice host and responded as quickly as possible.

Marcos extremely attentive to our needs (we went in search of health treatment) as a whole. We helped with everything from entry to the day of departure. It showed many interesting places and helped us all the time. We found everything as described on Airbnb! I highly recommend you stay there!!

Very good location, due to the ease of getting to different parts of the city. Apartment with good space for having two bedrooms. Efficient air-conditioners. Parking space easy to get in and out of, with few maneuvers (I parked a medium sedan with ease). Building with a family atmosphere, with privacy and silence for sleeping. Friendly lobby staff. The washing machine is a plus for longer stays like mine. On foot, you can go to gyms, a pay-per-weight restaurant, snack bars, pharmacies and a supermarket. Everything is within a ten-minute walk. I recommend this place.

I was surprised by the location, perfect for those who need to stay in the center. Quiet and pleasant building. 10 meters from an excellent self-service for everyday life and 450 meters from a great supermarket. The gym was sufficient for working out. The apartment, with everything as described, met the needs for 3 adults to live very well. I can only thank you
