The Vallina Mill is a recently restored old water mill with garden, a terrace with barbecue, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 from Llanes and Ribadesella. Great location to visit Picos de Europa. The house maintains the charm of its original stone, grinding stones, terrace and through a stone bridge you can cross the old watercourse of the mill. In addition, the property is very quiet and there is a river where our guests can have a bath to the side of a Roman bridge. The experience is unique!

The Conjunto de Apartamentos is located in the town of Villanueva de Pría, a rural setting in the middle of the coast of Llanes. The entire building, built on an old Asturian house, divided into independent apartments with direct access to the garden, is concentrated in a closed property of about 5000 m2, for private use, very close to several natural beaches that are still preserved in the area, such as the one that gives the name to the establishment and which is located in the same town.

We are located about 2 km from the beautiful beach of Cuevas del Mar, and from there you will find a sine of very nice beaches, halfway between LLanes and Ribadesella, half an hour from the Picos de Europa natural park.
