We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au creux de la Dordogne. L'endroit est magnifique, on surplombe les bois alentours, le lieu est calme et paisible, si vous aimez la tranquillité ce logement est pour vous. Piscine chauffée et équipements extérieur vraiment très bien, étant malade ainsi que ma maman, nous avons apprécié ! le logement est fonctionnel et très bien équipé, les propriétaires et Jessyca ont été très réactifs à nos questions et sont présents au moindre souci, très compréhensives et gentilles, nous les en remercions 😊

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. Very peaceful location yet less than 5 minutes drive from Brantome centre. Host was very helpful and responsive and had a whole list of recommendations for local restaurants, places to go, etc etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Super séjour chez Anne ! La maison est à la hauteur des attentes, les espaces extérieurs valent vraiment l’expérience pour des moments de très grande qualité entre amis. 2 grandes terrasses dont 1 abritée et à l’abris du vent + la piscine qui donne sur un panorama nature… Rien que d’y repenser on veut y retourner !!!

Le havre de paix de Brigitte est bien équipé, confortable. Brigitte est de bon conseil pour les restaurants ! Profitez de Martel le mercredi et samedi matin il y a le marché.

La Grangette has been beautifully restored and imaginatively configured with a great living space, a very well equipped kitchen, nice shower room and comfortable beds. It is in a beautiful location with lovely walks from the door. We look forward to returning to this special place, thoroughly recommended.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Samantha et Georges, des hôtes formidables, de gentillesse, de convivialité et de bienveillance. Leur accueil a été exceptionnel et tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente immédiatement bien. Le logement est à la fois confortable, charmant et parfaitement équipé pour un séjour idéal. On s’y sent comme chez soi avec n plus un cadre merveilleux : prairies, chevaux, piscine, vergers …Tout est réuni pour une détente absolue. C’est un lieu ressourçant, où l’on se repose vraiment. Je recommande vivement ce logement de grande qualité, J’y reviendrai, sans la moindre hésitation, j’espère même bientôt ! Merci encore à vous, Samantha et Georges pour votre accueil si chaleureux.

We had a great couple of weeks here. It proved an ideal location from which to explore the Périgord Vert. A very peaceful spot with a secure garden for our dog and walks nearby. The facilities in the cottage were excellent and as described and we really appreciated the bottle of wine and home made cake on arrival. The pool was very relaxing and comfortable and easily warm enough to swim in late May. There is an (excellent) boulangerie in the nearest village which is walkable and supermarkets for provisions in Brantôme. Several nearby towns had markets. Suzy and Steve (and Alfie) were lovely hosts and we fully recommend it. It was exactly what we wanted.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We hebben een heerlijke ontspannen tijd gehad. Een heerlijk huis en geweldig zwembad. Lekker rustig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Patrick heeft ons geweldig geholpen toen we pech hadden met de auto. Echt mensen waar je op kunt bouwen. We komen heel graag terug.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Mia. Le logement était très propre et fidèle à la description. Le cadre est apaisant et permet une totale déconnexion. Mia est une hôte très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Amanda et David avec nos amis. Amanda et David sont des hôtes très attentionnés et sympathiques. La maison est très bien équipée. La décoration est soignée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréable. La piscine est très belle. Un jardin très agréable avec table de ping pong pour les enfants. Un environnement très calme. Nous avons pu également dégusté de bonnes pizza faites par David et Amanda. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

Très beau logement à la déco très soignée et recherchée, très bien équipé, avec beaucoup de charme, très confortable ; nous y avons séjourné vers la mi-février et il a fait assez frais au rez-de-chaussée malgré le chauffage, ce qui n’était pas le cas dans les étages ; le poêle est bienvenu et très agréable mais il ne suffit pas forcément à chauffer, ou pas immédiatement ; nous le recommandons donc vivement mais il faut prévoir de quoi se couvrir en hiver même si le logement propose des plaids pour les frileux ; nous avons également apprécié le petit bonjour de Bridget à notre arrivée, la bouteille de vin et le cake ! Pas grand chose à redire donc sur ce très beau logement, allez-y les yeux fermés . .

Looking for peace and quiet in a park- or farm- like setting? This is the place. Vincent and Xavier have thought of everything you might need or want, including a welcome community atmosphere. We loved the delightful welcome evening to get to know the other guests and more about the history of the Domaine and the area. Such a nice touch!

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Steve was very helpful always available to answer any questions. The place is a paradise and great walkways, views etc. His caretaker, Pascal, helped us check-in and offered to help…. Even set us up for a day of kayaking not mention and really great guy.

mooi ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 badkamers. kleine maar leuke tuin met een mooi gas bbq. op donderdag leeft het stadje op met de markt op 100 meter van de deur. Fijne vakantie gehad.
