Our stay at Gretel & Jorge's apartment was very pleasant and comfortable, everything as agreed, close to restaurants, squares and main streets, parks. Very clean and tidy. We highlight Leysa's work as a great host, always attentive and willing to help us and recommend activities to do. She is a very special person and we thank her for all her willingness to help us. We highly recommend the place and we would stay there again

Yeneir’s lovely home was an absolute gem and made our first trip to Cuba so easy and enjoyable! We were greeted by Gretel and Gladys who throughout our stay went above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality, whether that was arranging taxis and tours or providing delicious meals served in the house. The house itself was just as gorgeous as the photos and had all the listed amenities. We appreciated coming back to the AC and fans after long days of exploring the island. The rooftop deck was especially nice at night. We also appreciated the use of a local cellphone that was pre-loaded with suggested restaurants and places of interest. We all agreed we would absolutely stay with Yeneir again on any future visits to Cuba!

My stay was wonderful. Aileen takes care of all you need to have a good experience. She is always attentive and willing to help. I definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at this private apartment in Plaza Vieja, Havana. The location couldn't have been better right in the heart of Old Havana with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself was very private, clean, and clearly well taken care of. The host was outstanding, providing delicious breakfasts each morning and making sure we had everything we needed. What we especially appreciated was being picked up from the airport upon arrival and also brought back for our departure, it made everything so smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place. Five stars all through!

Couldn’t be a better place to stay while visiting La Havana. Sandra’s place was better than advertised, pristine apartment, on a beautiful centrally located street, Nury, Sandra’s assistant in Havana was more than helpful and was there to meet us when we arrived and answered all our questions, arranged any tour or transportation we needed…. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting La Habana

Mateo does not live in Cuba, but from the beginning he was proactive in communicating. He also recommended Yoandy and Karol, an extremely friendly couple who live in the apartment downstairs from the Airbnb and help us with whatever we need. They arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, exchanged Cuban pesos (at a rate of 340/dollar), gave recommendations on where to eat in the area, where to buy water and even helped with a problem with the toilet flushing in one of the bathrooms we had. They made all the difference in the experience. The apartment matches the description and is in a strategic location in Habana Vieja, we could walk to the main points without spending many minutes. The streets of the whole neighborhood are dark at night, but we don't feel unsafe when walking in a group. The Wi-Fi worked every day and we were told that the apartment is in a part of Havana that never has blackouts.

Landy always responded to our concerns quickly, and upon arrival at the accommodation, Betty greeted us, who was always very sweet and kind to everyone.

The host is very friendly, the accommodation is comfortable, the sea view is beautiful, the breakfast is very satisfying, but the weather is too hot and the power is out, but this is not the host's problem, we understand!

Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

Ivis's accommodation in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many strategic sites in the city. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the heart of the city, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and her family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Colonial House Rooftop! Dayron is an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It’s clear why he’s a Superhost! The house itself is beautiful—full of charm and character, with a rooftop that offers stunning views and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. Dayron went above and beyond to make my stay special, from smooth check-in to great local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay. 2 days in a very pleasant setting, a relaxing bubble with the family facing the sea, feet in the water 🤩 The house is spacious and bright, it feels good. Great hosting with little extras that are appreciated: beach towels, laundry, a well-equipped kitchen and a very good homemade cake 😋

This was my first trip to Cuba, and this space did not disappoint. Upon check in, Greta welcomed us into the space, gave us a tour, and recommendations for local cuisine in the area. The airbnb is located in Centro Habana, a non touristy part of town. Although we always felt safe, we did get some stares from locals who recognized that we weren’t from there. The sitting area was rather warm during the day, as there is no air conditioning in the common areas. The bedrooms do have air conditioning and were always cool. Greta gave us a cellular device to use as a hotspot during our stay, it definitely came in handy. We were able to use La Nave (equivalent to uber) to get around. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Everything as advertised. No elevator so understand that you're climbing 5 flights if stairs. Being that Great. Beer bar down stairs. The guy that works there will help you with your bags. Tossed him$5. He also went and got water for me. So if you need something from the store, he'll take you or go get it for you. The view is great and the hot tub is nice on a Havana night.

Unbeatable stay. It was a real pleasure to be staying here. Not only for the apartment and its exceptional location, but also for the attention received from Tania and Giuseppe. The accommodation has all amenities it describes, stable wifi, hot water, air conditioning and a nice terrace. Giuseppe not only accommodated me kindly and gave me good recommendations of the neighborhood, but he took the time to show me the city as a local guide. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences.

this place was great and the location was was also good very near the theatre and capitol buildings, major hotels. huge place. lots of stairs to get up there so not suitable for old or disabled people, but perfect for me. secure with a gate and then a door. nice people also. very responsive. PS do NOT change money at the airport!!! you get more thab double in the city. . cuba was really nice. I hope to return!

Idenis's house is simply perfect! Spacious, with 3 suites, high ceilings, cool, and air conditioning in all rooms. It's pure comfort. The neighbors are friendly and nice. The place is quiet and close to everything. Patrícia, the apartment's co-host, is wonderful! She served us a great breakfast every day and also chatted with me and my friends for hours, always friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect! I recommend it to everyone and one day I want to go back!

This is the best place that I have stayed in Havana. The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated and modern. I think it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The sheets were incredibly soft. The balcony was a beautiful spot to sit to enjoy the sights and sounds of Vedado. Estela, the owner, was amazing to get to know. She is so kind and thoughtful and it is clear that she took great care to make her place hospitable for her guests. I will rent this place every time I'm in Havana. What a find!

Reina, Ernesto's cousin, was the one who received us and welcomed us during our stay. Always with a lot of goodwill and affection. He guided us on places and precautions to take, as it should be in any large and unknown city with its peculiarities. Mrs. Yamilka was the person who lovingly prepared our breakfast during our stay, very delicious. Everyone, without exception, was very attentive and friendly. Cozy place with a beautiful view of the Malecon and Revolution Square. For those who like to walk, it is well located among the famous sights of Havana. I recommend it.
