The furnished house is located in a private residential area, it has a covered electric parking space as seen in the photo, a large kitchen, all on the ground floor, Telmex wifi, mini split cold/heat, dining room, king size bed and double bed. It is very close to Walmart, Cbta 90, and the University Cultural Center, and also relatively close to Sams and Alsuper, Cinepolis. It has two important communication routes such as the Cuauhtemoc-Chihuahua highway and Jorge Castillo blvd.

Children can have fun in the playgrounds, while adults enjoy the fireplace and barbecues. We also offer soccer and volleyball courts.

Majalca LA MADRIGUERA Cabin

It is a rustic cabin, located in the heart of Majalca. There is another property on the land where our cabin is located. We ask you to be respectful of the neighbors to promote a healthy coexistence by respecting their space. The way to get to Parque Cumbres de Majalca is by private vehicle, the road is in good condition, it is paved, there is only a 7 km stretch of dirt road.
