We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

Great option! The property fully matches the listing. When we arrived, the care with cleanliness was noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. Quality linens and utensils available. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The property is in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. I recommend hosting!!

The house is great, super nice, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all equipment working. Lighting is an issue, because it's not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It's well explained in the house manual, but you need to read it to understand. The location is also good for those with appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to the Lago Sul Bridge, a place to stroll around the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always covered with a tarp and the gardener didn't show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who are going to cook in the house, it is good to provide food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towels and plastic wrap). We liked the identification system at the entrance, super safe. However, some app drivers had trouble identifying the group. The doormen did not have readily available information.

Ygna answered us very clearly and quickly, the house is beautiful, a beautiful decoration and very tasteful. The items in the house were all organized, and it even offered great quality hygiene products, I only advise on cold days because the pool is not heated, it is kind of unfeasible to use. Overall the place is wonderful, I've already booked to come back.

Great stay nice place perfect host

The photos match exactly as in the listing. I stayed 15 days in João's place. Super safe and quiet spot. Close to the Cruzeiro bus terminal, the Military Police Battalion, the Pão de Açúcar supermarket, there is also a barbecue stand nearby, a gym, a restaurant, banks, in short, it has everything I needed. Respectful and friendly neighborhood. The studio has household utensils that allowed me to prepare my own food. Caring host. I just have to thank you.

Wonderful stay! I stayed 8 days at Graça's accommodation! The apartment is complete, useful, pleasant and with all the amenities in the description! The location is perfect: in front of bakeries, pharmacies, grocery stores… and nearby there were many bars, restaurants, supermarkets… you can even do everything on foot! The condominium itself is equally pleasant: well-structured, covered garage and easy to access and attentive receptionists! Graça was super helpful (she helped us quickly to exchange the stove for a more powerful one) and responded quickly to all questions! Not to mention that she was extremely understanding at check-in: she gave us the flexibility to start the stay earlier! I will definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone!
