There are many positive things about this apartment. It's really clean and well located. I wish we had extra towels and a set of linen for the sofa-bed, specially because we stayed for 10 days.

He understood all our needs and helped us. The instructions for accessing and enjoying the condominium's facilities were clearly given and provided us with total autonomy. The condominium staff is also great! Very polite and requests. Apartment with a great location, close to basic needs and restaurants. And with a car, you can access the most iconic sights of BSB. I recommend it!

We chose this location mainly for its great value. The location is easy to access. The first time we went, we were a little afraid, but we never saw anything that caused us concern. On the contrary, the neighborhood is simple, but quiet — a typical residential neighborhood. Still, if you're going to arrive very late, I recommend taking a walk around the block to check that everything is safe, since there's not always a parking space right in front of the place. The accommodations are very good and very clean. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, with quality pillows and sheets. It is possible to prepare small meals, such as breakfast or a simple lunch, as the kitchen is well-equipped and functional. The bathroom is small, but perfectly meets the needs. Anyway, the place is charming! It was the second time we stayed there, and we will definitely come back more often. I thank the host for all the attention, information and availability!

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

Our stay was wonderful. It met our needs very well, as we came for a Training Course at ANP and the location is strategic. We divided the 2 rooms among 4 people, with 2 in the en-suite and 2 using the social bathroom, which is in the service area. The house is quite airy and pleasant, eliminating the need for a fan or air conditioning. The luxury of the house is that the rooms are huge for the reality of the Plano Piloto. The TV has every channel possible. The internet signal is a little weak and sometimes it didn't work for video calls. Dona Elza is a phenomenal host, always ready to welcome us and provide information. She welcomed everyone very warmly, even inviting them to meals. Her house is below the accommodation, where we went up the stairs to our house. The cost-benefit and amenities, for us who share the rent and don't have much luxury was excellent, it couldn't have been better. I highly recommend it for related purposes and needs.

Great option! The property fully matches the listing. When we arrived, the care with cleanliness was noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. Quality linens and utensils available. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The property is in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. I recommend hosting!!

Ygna answered us very clearly and quickly, the house is beautiful, a beautiful decoration and very tasteful. The items in the house were all organized, and it even offered great quality hygiene products, I only advise on cold days because the pool is not heated, it is kind of unfeasible to use. Overall the place is wonderful, I've already booked to come back.

The house is great, super nice, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all equipment working. Lighting is an issue, because it's not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It's well explained in the house manual, but you need to read it to understand. The location is also good for those with appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to the Lago Sul Bridge, a place to stroll around the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always covered with a tarp and the gardener didn't show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who are going to cook in the house, it is good to provide food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towels and plastic wrap). We liked the identification system at the entrance, super safe. However, some app drivers had trouble identifying the group. The doormen did not have readily available information.

Excellent accommodation for couples. There's a grocery store in the condominium that saves the day. And Flávia is super helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential – we had restaurants, cafes and shops at our disposal all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in the day you arrive and check in. The Ofuro is paid but it is very warm and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

The accommodation was very good, the accommodation with all the items described in the app. For those who go for work and need practicality, it is excellent. Safe, family-friendly, well-residential environment, close to the bakery, market, pharmacy, etc. and has a gym, which is important to me.
