There is also an independent bedroom (140X200 bed) , a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, the Monnerie lakes, the swimming pool, the city center... 45 minutes from Angers, Le Mans (24h) and 1 hour from Laval and Tours.

The house is pleasant to live in a quiet area. Parking spaces right in front of the house . A few minutes walk from the center and restaurants and the prytané. Less than 10 minutes from the zoo by car. You will find everything you need for cooking oven, hob , microwave ,fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher. A nice bathroom.
