Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Nearby are stunning beaches, scenic walks, cafes & restaurants & a short ferry ride to the Royal National Park.

This small and quiet unit block is a 2 min walk from the local mall and a 7 min walk to the train station. Private gate access from the unit block leads directly onto the esplanade where the beach is a few steps away. Both bedrooms contain queen beds and spare clean linen. A fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV and heating provided. Stair access only.

The house is directly opposite the netted baths, viewing platform and ramp to the beach. Salt Air is a sunny, spacious one bedroom house set 20 metres behind the main house with access for parking one car right at your front door. Sit outside at the private entertaining area and enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes as you plan your time in Kurnell.

Your accommodation is a 5min walk to Bronte and Tamarama beaches & along the coastal walk to Bondi. Sculptures by the Sea October/November. Vivid Sydney Harbour -WOW light Show May /June. It's a renovated, private, self-contained apartment in the front section of my home. Your front entry leads into a spacious, open plan living area with fully equipped kitchenette, TV & comfy couch + reading nook. The bedroom features a top quality mattress. Bus Transport close by leads to everywhere!

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

The Cronulla Garden Studio

The self-contained Studio in the Garden is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Cronulla Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.

Beachside haven with gorgeous sea & Headland views

Spacious self-contained bayside apartment in quiet location with beautiful views over Malabar Bay, Malabar Headland and across to Maroubra. 5 minute walk to the nearest golf course. Ocean pool just a 5 minute walk away & 10 minutes walk to the beach. New headland walk from Malabar beach to Maroubra which has spectacular ocean views. Also 10 minute drive to La Perouse National Park.
