Appartamento di 2 locali in nuovissima costruzione situato sulla collina di Mondonico. Relax totale con vista imprendibile sul golfo di Agno. Il bagno dispone di 1 cabina doccia ampia e di una vasca da bagno. Nel salone open space cucina/salotto ci sono a disposizione la cucina con elettrodomestici di ultima generazione e una stufa a legna che scalda ambiente e anima nelle giornate autunnali e invernali. D’estate invece la grande terrazza viene sfruttata al massimo per aperitivi e bagni di sole.

Das Haus ist seit Generationen in unserer Familie. Die kleine Wohnung wurde in den 70ern ausgebaut&laufend renoviert. Der grosse Garten gehört dazu und bietet viel Raum für allerlei. Es ist zw. Lago Maggiore und Monte Lema eingebettet, am Dorfrand. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im grünen, unberührten Tal oder zum Biken. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 min zum See.

The residence is located a mere 6 minutes on foot from the nearest bus station, accessible via a cute forest path. However, I would advise taking a taxi or car upon your initial arrival, as the route inclines slightly and you may feel fatigued from your journey. If you arrive in the evening, it is advisable to complete your shopping in advance, as stores tend to close earlier than in urban areas. Should you find yourself in need of any items, do not hesitate to consult your hosts. I really enjoyed the house and the hosts, and I look forward to coming back!

He gave us some good recommendations and we were so happy to meet the dogs and lovely goats. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Endroit très propre, calme et agréable, avec une belle vue depuis le jardin. Hélèna nous a accueillis chaleureusement, toujours attentionnée et serviable. Si vous avez oublié quelque chose pour le déjeuner , ce n’est pas grave ce qu’elle met à disposition suffit largement et sans rien demander donc merci ! Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, et avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci encore !

Das Studio liegt sehr ruhig gelegen im süssen Dorf Neggio. Wenn man ein grösseres Auto hat, muss man das Auto im Dorf abstellen und ein paar Minuten zur Unterkunft gehen. Die Wohnung ist modern, klein und fein und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist recht gross und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Man kann vom Dorf aus kleine Wanderungen machen, ist schnell in Lugano und auch in Italien. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ein toller Gastgeber, ein wunderschönes Rustico in einem wunderbaren Ort. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern auf der Durchreise, wir alle wären gerne länger geblieben. Florent hat auf alle Anfragen z.b. für einen eventuell früheren Check-In, schnell geantwortet. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig und die Einrichtung gemütlich. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig und man kann super entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir - zwei Erwachsene und ein Hund - haben 11 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Rocchetta verbracht. Von Paolo über Jahre aufwendig und stilvoll renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ist die Villa ein wahres Juwel. Die Terrasse und mehrere kleine Balkone bieten eine Aussicht auf den Luganersee. Auch der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Paolo ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Freundlich und zuvorkommend hat er stets sofort auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Anita è un super Host, e stata veramente molto precisa nelle comunicazioni ed ha permesso di fare il check in in modo estremamente flessibile. L'appartamento è magnifico, molto grande e curato in ogni dettaglio, molto pulito e pratico. L'appartamento si trova in una location da sogno, tra colline e natura, fiori e piante di ogni genere, nello spazio aperto ci sono 2 terrazze da dove si può ammirare una vista incredibile sulle colline nei dintorni e una vista sul lago Ceresio. Il soggiorno, praticamente fantastico, ritornerò sicuramente. Grazie mille Anita.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Ponte Tresa! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Wirklich alles wie auf den Fotos! Besonders praktisch war der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang – kein Treppensteigen, keine Rampe, ideal. In der Umgebung gibt’s gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen oder Einkaufen, alles schnell erreichbar. Obwohl es einige Nachbarn und eine Strasse hinter dem Haus gibt, war es angenehm ruhig – wer sich hier vom „Lärm“ stören lässt, schläft wohl sehr leicht. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sauber, nur an ein paar Stellen etwas staubig – nichts Dramatisches. Alles in allem: Ein toller Ort und nahe an der Italienischen Grenze – wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
