A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. 30-m² STUDIO in an old farmhouse located atop a vineyard hill, surrounded by greenery, combining old-world charm, comfort, and modern design. A large, bright living room with earth and lime walls, exposed beams, and a fireplace (non-functional), equipped with a very well-equipped kitchen, a 140 x 200 cm double bed with a brand-new mattress and topper, a seating area, and a private bathroom and toilet, all created specifically for the studio.

This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.
