You can enjoy a 20 m² covered terrace with views of the vineyards and the Loire, as well as a private courtyard for parking your vehicle. You will be just 200 meters from the city center and can enjoy the village amenities: bakeries, pharmacy, bank, newsagent/tobacconist, grocery store, bar, restaurants, beauty and wellness salon.

I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the quiet village Crezancy-en-Sancerre.There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. The proximity to Sancerre (10min. by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for tasting. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. There is a shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me ..always improving! You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

Fully renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure of walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike route. Village church listed as a historical monument. Visit the wineries with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. A charging station for electric/hybrid cars is available upon request for a fee of €10 per day.

30-m² STUDIO in an old farmhouse located atop a vineyard hill, surrounded by greenery, combining old-world charm, comfort, and modern design. A large, bright living room with earth and lime walls, exposed beams, and a fireplace (non-functional), equipped with a very well-equipped kitchen, a 140 x 200 cm double bed with a brand-new mattress and topper, a seating area, and a private bathroom and toilet, all created specifically for the studio.

La Noue

Accommodation in the middle of the vineyards and the vineyard estate, depending on the period and the work to be done in the vineyards, there may be some noise (tractors, etc.) Apart from that you will be in the vineyards of the south of the Sancerre appellation and close to Menetou-Salon (15-minute drive). The pottery village of La Borne is a 20-minute drive away and the center of Sancerre is 10 minutes away.
