Our refurbished beach house is perfectly positioned on Port Macquarie's 9km coastal path. Walk 5-7 minutes north on the coastal path to enjoy a swim and breakfast at Town Beach. Walk 5-7 minutes south along the coastal path for a swim and delicious food at Flynn's Beach. Further south is the leash free dog beach at Nobby's. Walk into the CBD in 20 minutes.

The house has two large bedrooms, open plan kitchen/living area. As well as a great little secure outdoor BBQ area that is a good for a small dog. The house is also built wheelchair friendly!

Lots of natural light, tree views from every window, located in a quiet cul de sac, shady tree lined walk to the magnificent local beaches. Under cover parking for one car. Short walk to corner shops, local pub and restaurant. Private leafy verandah and deck ( front and back) overlooking leafy bird friendly gardens. You will have the entire property to yourselves.

There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and a 3/4 sofabed in the lounge room which is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. My place is suitable for couples and families only Free Wifi and smart TV

Another large quiet undercover deck at the back surrounded with beautiful gardens and large fenced yard. Cosy wood fireplace with wood supplied. Perched on the hill overlooking Crescent Head but still a short walking distance to the beach and shops. 4 beautiful large living areas and play area downstairs for the kids.
