The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.

Nestled in the middle of luscious vineyards and numerous bike and horseback riding trails, it is ideal place for gateway for nature, wine and animal lovers. It can be starting point for exploring nearby little towns in this part of Istria (by foot, on bikes and electric bike rentable at site ). You can rest in big garden, take a walk around property (through fields, vineyards and woods) or ride a horse Trojan at our little ranch.

Apartment Mia is located in the small town of Stivan on the island of Cres. In the immediate vicinity there is a shop and a church, while the restaurant is a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is about 15 minutes away. The apartment has two terraces, a large front that overlooks the center of the village (and Mount Osoršćica and in the distance the sea), and a back small terrace overlooking the garden. Beneath the house is a garden with olive trees and parking spaces.
