The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

A HEATED POOL IS AVAILABLE. (open from April 1st to October 3rd) From the beginning of July to the end of August, arrivals are only on Saturdays and departures on Friday or Saturday. The 60 m2 apartment we are offering is located on the second floor. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace. We thought about it and set it up to create a pleasant place for you and relaxing. Our accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office.

Saint Germain sur Ay, 150m from the beach - Our small holiday home is ideal for two people but can accommodate up to four. A bedroom with a bed of 160 A living room with sofa bed and large smart TV. A kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine,... Bathroom - walk-in shower, small sink, toilet Sheets and towels are provided on request for 15 euros.
