An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Judith and Hans were always available and always provided information quickly. Communication was thus quick and uncomplicated. They also asked if everything was okay upon arrival. The apartment is very clean and has everything you will need. The view is a dream - you also accept the path there (steeper stairs) ;-) We will definitely be back! Thank you! A presto!

We had a wonderful week in this romantic rustico. The kids loved the winding cottage and the stairs and paths in the garden. The stairs to the upper bedroom are really very steep and the door to the lower room very narrow. For sporty people everything is no problem😉. The house has everything it needs, well equipped kitchen, we also loved the fireplace. The outdoor area is unbeatable - we were lucky we had nice weather. Especially the morning vibe with views of the river and mountains was sensational. Thanks a lot!

Nice apartment, spacious living room & bedroom, kitchen & bathroom absolutely sufficient. Clean, homely, cozy and practically furnished. Very suitable for us as a family of six with children between 5 & 11 years. Beautifully located, 30 minutes from Ascona, has quite a lot of hiking nearby. Patrick warmly welcomed us on the street, showed us everything. We were very satisfied and enjoyed the week very much despite the changeable weather.
