This is THE sweetest little cabin surrounded by nature! We loved our stay at Melody's special place🌸🌿🐛🍄🦋🌞 We had the most amazing weather and walked all of the paths we could find. Unfortunately, recent rain water has washed away any hint of The Stream of Consciousness and we didn't feel safe walking through the mud and huge amount of leaves because of snakes and other creatures that were probably making their home in the piles. The meadow during the day was alive with butterflies and other insects and at night we saw the FULL Strawberry Moon and hundreds on Fireflies! I was suprised at the small dorm refrigerator and half a stove. Don't bring alot of food or you won't be able to keep it cold! Other than that, this was one of our favorite places to stay to date! Melody was a kind, friendly host and provided everything that you could possibly need 🩷 The small touches of love in the decor definitely showed how loved this tiny cabin is! We were SO cozy and comfy in this Airbnb! J&M

Very clean. It appears the kitchen has been recently updated. Nice to have coffee provided too. Great views too. The listing needs to be updated to reflect that there is WIFI which is very much appreciated!

Fantastic old farm house with great views of the Virginia countryside and mountains. Well stocked and very comfortable. Only gripe was the TV didn’t connect to the satellite but I honestly think that was me not being able to work the remote. Loved the wraparound porch and hearing the cows in the field say “hello.”

Sam and Jennie‘s place was perfect for us. We love being out in the country, among beautiful farms, places to walk and meet some of the people who were always very kind and generous, and who even gave us some of their barbecue at times. We loved the farm animals, the horses and buggies, as well as Sam and Jennie‘s big, friendly, playful chocolate lab. etc. It’s very peaceful. Sam and Jennie are top-notch people and we loved our time here and also relating to their two beautiful children who sometimes would bring us flowers and baked goods. A very kind, loving, and generous family. The total experience was five star.
