En las zonas comunes se dispone de lavadora-secadora, juegos para niños, granja con recogida gratuita de huevos (en temporadas con buen tiempo), y 1 plaza de parking gratuito dentro del recinto. Disponemos de cargador para vehículos eléctricos de pago tipo2 (7.4kw), con previa solicitud al alojamiento. Disponemos de un sistema de ventilación forzada las 24h, con recuperador de calor, que garantiza la renovación continua de aire puro en los apartamentos, así como de un alto estandar Ecológico con calefacción y agua caliente por caldera de pellets apoyada por 7kw de placas fotovoltaicas. Apartamentos ECOviella se reserva el derecho a modificar y ajustar tiempos de funcionamiento de la calefacción y temperaturas, según nuestros criterios ecológicos y las recomendaciones del Instituto para la Diversificación y el Ahorro de la Energía (IDAE) Se admite una mascota de max 25kg por apartamento previa solicitud y cumpliendo nuestras políticas para alojamiento de mascotas: • A la llegada se depositará una fianza de 100€ que será devuelta con la entrega de llaves. • Se tendrá que traer cama para la mascota , además del resto de útiles que pueda necesitar. • Los animales no podrán quedarse solos en los apartamentos en ningún momento. En caso necesario cerca de los apartamentos hay un negocio de guarda de animales . • Los animales no podrán estar sueltos por las zonas comunes de la parcela por las molestias que pudieran ocasionar al resto de huéspedes. • Es obligatorio recoger las deposiciones del animal en caso de producirse tanto en nuestras instalaciones incluyendo las zonas verdes, como en el exterior de las mismas.
