Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, everything is within walking distance, shops, monuments, cinema… A key box will give you independent access to the accommodation. Wi-Fi, easy parking.

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. La Bérangère

La Bérangère is located in Romainvilliers, a small hamlet in the municipality of Escorpain. The house is ideally located 15 minutes from Dreux, 35 minutes from Chartres and its superb Gothic cathedral, 1 hour from Paris, and just over an hour from Giverny, the place of residence of the Impressionist painter Claude Monet. Visiting the Giverny Gardens is a delight. A Leclerc hypermarket is 5 km from the cottage in Saint-Lubin-des-Joncherets.

La Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. This is an old barn rehabilitated into a lovely holiday home with all comforts. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood stove and opens onto a large private wooded garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, ping pong and bikes available.
