You will have the upper part of the cottage with all the necessary comforts. You will surely receive a warm welcome from our dog Scout or the other animals of the family, this cottage being located on our property of 10 hectares. You will be between 10 and 20 km from the small towns of Bellême, La Perrière, and Mortagne.

The proximity of the greenway will allow you to walk, bike or horseback ride. Surrounded by its state forests, and typical villages, fresh air is guaranteed. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two cities classified as a small town of character. You can admire the Basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions within the area. We are close to the forests of Belleme, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cidrerie, cheese maker, organic vegetable & others..

Ideal for family gatherings "Aux petits bonheurs" cottage located in Orne - 170 km from Paris - 15 km from Mortagne au Perche. The property covers 11 hectares of land with a private pond. Quiet, in the countryside while staying close to shops. Main house of 200m2 - 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 15 guests (12 adults max / 3 children + infants). A 2nd building is at your disposal with a games room (foosball, ping pong, outdoor games)
