Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Beautiful cottage located in the middle of 12 ha of nature, between meadows and forest for walking and observing animals, quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are a farmer-baker, the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Take a break and relax in this little corner of nature. We are 30 minutes from Le Mans and its famous 24-hour circuit. Nearby you will find many walking and mountain biking trails (rocking forest for example). For the more adventurous, pretty villages are also to be discovered with their vineyards (Loire wines, Jasniere, Pineau d'Aunis). The studio can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed + sofa bed).

✨ We are proud to present our troglodyte house, the result of three years of renovation. You will enjoy a cocooning atmosphere thanks to the Berber carpet, beautiful fabrics and efficient heating. We wanted to create a unique atmosphere, conducive to travel, thanks to objects found in Nepal, Morocco, Vietnam and Laos.
