New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

The cottage, a 38 m2 full-foot house overlooks a private terrace with plancha and garden furniture, a view of the garden and the 12x5m pool, heated from May to September. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine) overlooking the living room and dining area. Flat screen connected. Cozy home in the countryside

Charming house completely renovated with enclosed garden, ideally located 15 min from Chinon and its fortress, canoeing and fishing, 5 min from Richelieu the medieval town (accessible by bike via the greenway), 45 min from Futuroscope or 30 min from Center Parc.
