On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Ideally located at the foot of the "La Loire à Vélo" bike path, less than 10 km from the castles of Blois and Chambord. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. An enclosed garden allows you to relax in the shade of a cherry tree.

Composed of an entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed (130 cm: for 2 children or 1 adult), a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. Terrace area with unobstructed views of our park of more than 2 hectares (not enclosed).

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.
