A Contemporary quiet zen studio/duplex sunny oasis

This is a 'bijou' , calm studio /duplex on a sunny day it is lightfilled. It's attached to my four bedroomed house. The town of wicklow is a 10 minute walk also beach,harbour, cliffs to the main bus to Dublin Bray Glendalough . it is a 22 minute walk to the train station. It is a residential neighbourhood ,a secluded corner house in a quiet cul de sac with parking. As I am a yogi it was designed with zen , calm ,relaxing atmosphere in mind. and is beside my home Yoga Studio.

Sweet cottage style home. Walking distance to the sea and swimming spots, sea side sauna, cafes and good quality food shops. Beautiful beaches, mountains, forests and lovely hiking spots a short drive away. Comfortable home with gas central heating and wood burning stove. Kitchen well stocked and enclosed back garden with seating. House is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nice views of the mountains and sea. Non-smoking house. You are welcome to smoke outside.
