The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The city center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is a half-hour drive away.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Our completely refurbished bakery is located in one of the quietest places in the Netherlands. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Our cottage is behind our house near the nature reserves of Haaksberger- en Buurserveen. Nature bath within walking distance. Enjoy the peaceful environment and beautiful walking and biking trips. Price for the sauna on request From the veranda you can enjoy a beautiful view of meadows and wooden walls. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee, you will build your own campfire. There is a coal barbecue. The use of your own cooking appliances is not allowed.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located in the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double Beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. The stable has been renovated keeping original materials, trendy interior and amazing views over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a bed 1.80 wide with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of about 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. Other than that, there are no general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is located against a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed to put away 2 bicycles.

Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.
