Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Very nice 13th century tower.

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back the 13th century. After some work to bring it back to the new taste, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

A perfect stay! The accommodation was absolutely amazing, even better than in the pictures. Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped. The kitchen is huge and a real joy for cooking lovers. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Two lounges with 2 different atmospheres to make the most of it. Beautiful garden, well maintained! The view is very beautiful, from all the windows of the house. A very nice place to calm down and have a great stay with friends and family. Eliott was always very responsive and friendly. I recommend this rental without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

There were four of us at the 24-hour race in Jean Claude's super nice vacation home. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and were provided with tips and advice. The house is located in a beautiful area, is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The pool in the garden was the icing on the cake for our stay. Conclusion: Unrestricted recommendation for house and host.

Great value for money Excellent communication with the host for various info and check-in. quiet and peaceful corner. Very nice lush garden with well-distributed shaded and sunny areas. Outdoor tables and chairs. Beautiful pool, large and heated. For the house: Nice and functional veranda area the other rooms are in the old house and are therefore more rustic and less bright but we spent our time in the kitchen or in the garden so not too annoying. The only downside is the cleaning, a lot of dust and mites. Beware of allergies. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 are really full rooms. The 3rd is open (no door) and in the passage of the upstairs bathroom. stay with friends: 3 couples
