Queen bed, clean sheets, towels, iron, board, kitchen pots, dining table, TV & more. It’s small but with all amenities necessary to live. If looking for a huge space, this will not be it. Good for single/couple cruising by the DMV on a BUDGET! -20 min walk to metro; off DC border, 18 min. drive to center of city.

The room was in the Host’s personal townhouse, which was not a problem. You can’t customize the temperature and it got a little warm, but she brought in a fan. There are 2 flights of stairs to my bedroom & 3 flights to another separate bedroom rental in the loft. The space was very clean and it felt like I had the whole place to myself. The host is very hospitality and kind. Would rent again.

We came here for a 2 day music festival in DC, and it was a great place to stay! Very nice place and it was a very short train ride into the city. Would definitely recommend staying here if looking to do something similar
