Front-wheel drive required to reach this residence. Secure property fenced on all sides and automatic gate with remote. This modern home has two queen beds and two bathrooms. Spacious main room with a large dining table and living area. The sliding glass door opens to the main patio. Exercise room with treadmill. The master bedroom has it's own small private patio. Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.

Accesible home just about 100 meters of main road. Sleeps 5. the second bedroom has a twin sizebed and a full-size bed. The master bedroom has an AC that cools the entire home. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan. Kitchen is equipt with all appliances, including small ones like air fryer, rice cooker, blender, and ninja bullet.
