Vacation rentals with a pool in Caucaia do Alto

I was at Chácara Toka with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful and very pleasant, where we could rest and enjoy. Great service, we were always answered quickly. Super recommend to everyone!

Quiet stay, spacious house, very good gourmet space, complete and individualized. A very large plot of land, which can accommodate adult and children's activities. Mr. Marcio and Mr. Evaristo are always very helpful when we need to ask something, they respond quickly. A great place to rest with family and friends.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

The house is delicious, better than the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We loved it! I hope to come back again and again.

Denis's place is perfect! Espaçosa, with several environments that allow integration and at the same time privacy, has a wonderful outdoor area with the pool next to the ranch to enjoy with friends. Denis and Renata have welcomed us very well and were very flexible with our departure time, which was essential for our stay to be completed successfully. We saw many monkeys and jacutingas feeding on the surrounding trees, which has a beautiful nature and in addition, it is very safe, quiet and with silence for those who seek rest and tranquility. The house is wonderful, super well-equipped and with an amazing view of the dam — a real getaway! The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, cozy and full of charm. The furniture is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and there were several blankets available, which made all the difference on the colder nights. One detail to be adjusted is that some lamps were burnt out, but this is something simple to solve and does not interfere with the wonderful experience we had. A super positive point (and special for us!) was the entire yard surrounded by a fence. Our dog is very runaway and this was the first accommodation where we were 100% relaxed. She also enjoyed it a lot! It was a perfect stay and we are already looking forward to returning.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
