We had a lovely stay. Great location, very close to the lock beach, quiet environment but very close to the lively city center. Spacious accommodation for family or friends.

We rented the ground floor part of the house. The accommodation is great, very functional with an amazing view. The bedding is good, the amenities are ok, the SPA is very nice. This is a beautiful place in a privileged and natural location. The beach 3 steps away is the best, especially with children. Renaud has good advice and is very pleasant. The only small downside: the proximity of the road for the bedroom part, the road is quite busy. But we'll be happy to come back.

Marine's accommodation fully met our expectations. She was flexible about the arrival time, which was greatly appreciated. To our pleasant surprise, the space was larger than expected. Communication with Marine was excellent, and we found the bedding comfortable as well as the equipment perfectly suited.

we enjoyed our stay at this accommodation which is perfectly as described. it is very well located, everything is within walking distance and the parking space is a real plus. Anne guided us well for a very easy check in and out. We would not hesitate to return during a new stay in Dinard.

Olivier's house is a charming, personal home. A very comfortable sofa and two armchairs make it comfortable even for uncomfortable weather. The location of the shower takes some getting used to, but wonderfully hot water. The heating generally works throughout the house TippTop. One bedroom, out the back, now has new mattresses that are heavenly comfortable. The house is perfectly located for us on the city beach, which is perfect with a dog. In spring, dogs are allowed to run free there and it is perfectly located. We are always happy to come back in April because it is simple, simple, charming and cozy.

Third stay at Odile's and everything is perfect again! Nothing is missing, everything is together to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. Odile as usual is always very responsive and accommodating. We recommend it without hesitation!

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

We had a great three night stay in Caroline’s apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was so convenient for the historic centre of Dinan. The parking space was a bonus too. Hope to return one day.

A few very pleasant Breton summer days close to the beach and the customs trail. The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable and perfectly clean. There is a bakery and a mini market just at the foot of the building, check-in and checkout are self-contained and flexible. Thank you Marine!

Would definitely stay again. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the old town and many shops are accessible at the foot of the building. The sea view on the terrace for breakfast is very nice. The accommodation is functional and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Parking is free in the adjacent streets (complicated parking during the May long weekends). Corinne is responsive and accommodating for check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%

We had a pleasant stay in Saint-Brieuc, partly thanks to the accommodation. This apartment is well located with stunning views over the rooftops of Saint-Brieuc. The apartment is comfortable, nothing missing The hosts are very responsive, and even very very accommodating in case of problems (like an oversight, or a change). We would highly recommend it.
