Small apartment located in a quiet corner in Rivière-au-Renard 100 meters from the marina and the beach. Within a radius of 1.5 km, you will find a pharmacy, a grocery store, two fish shops, a convenience store, a microbrewery, a restaurant and a Resto-Pub. In the summer, you will also have access to a café and a canteen on the dock. Plus, you'll be able to easily access Parc Forillon in less than 15 minutes by car. It is a great place for a stay in the Gaspésie!

A truly spectacular location. This listing is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides brightness but not a view of the river. However, you can go out into the courtyard and have direct access to a large promenade and take long walks there by the water. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing).
