Located on Route 132 on the river side, 10 min from Rimouski and the Bic National Park, this large house (duplex) perched on the cliff sleeps up to 10 people. Great for groups and families! Hanging terrace with stunning river views and beautiful sunsets. For the more adventurous, access to the beach by a forest path. Decorated with unique paintings by the Casavant family. Within a radius of 1.5 km, you will find a pharmacy, a grocery store, two fish shops, a convenience store, a microbrewery, a restaurant and a Resto-Pub. In the summer, you will also have access to a café and a canteen on the dock. Plus, you'll be able to easily access Parc Forillon in less than 15 minutes by car. It is a great place for a stay in the Gaspésie!

Sea-level residence

A truly spectacular location. This listing is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides brightness but not a view of the river. However, you can go out into the courtyard and have direct access to a large promenade and take long walks there by the water. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). We are on the Route des Arts, with many art galleries, a few restaurants and bistros, and a craft brewery. (No. 304573)
